FiRe 2019 is Pleased to Welcome
Former CIA CTO,
Bob Flores

Come meet Bob Flores is a co-founder and partner of Cognitio Corp, a strategic consulting and engineering firm established by a team of former senior technology executives from the U.S. Intelligence Community. Cognitio, which remains committed to National Security, works with clients across multiple sectors of the economy.

It’s a focus for which Bob is uniquely qualified: Formerly the president and CEO of IT consulting firm Applicology Inc., Bob spent 31 years at the Central Intelligence Agency, where he served as the Agency’s first enterprise CTO. In addition to senior-level leadership and management positions, Bob’s career included assignments in applications programming, training and education, contract and project management, and both line and staff management roles. He currently serves on the board and is a consultant to a variety of technology companies. Earlier this year, Bob gave us a few minutes of his time to answer a few questions for readers in a piece titled ‘The Future of Autonomous Vehicle Tech According to a Former CIA CTO’.

We’re delighted to welcome Bob to the stage at Future in Review 2019 to discuss China’s investment in automobiles as a strategic national asset and the implications for the international autonomous electric vehicle market.
