2013 FiReStarter Company Selected as Finalist in Investing in Innovation Program

FiRe 2013 FiReStarter company Medable Inc. has been selected as a finalist by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, in conjunction with the National Cancer Institute, as part of the Investing in Innovation (i2) program for the Crowds Care for Cancer: Supporting Survivors Challenge. Medable was selected for its application Together, a personalized medicine mobile technology that serves as a life-companion for the approximately 14 million cancer survivors. Together provides personalized patient-driven care planning, team-based and non-siloed healthcare, information exchange between institutions and providers, personalized health information, and wellness tracking. The team is also building TogetherGoBig, a big-data tool to enable individual cancer survivors to donate data to help others and advance oncology.
