Don Budinger to Join SNS Future in Review Advisory Board

Strategic News Service is proud to announce that Don Budinger is joining the advisory board of the annual SNS Future in Review (FiRe) conference. The board meets throughout the year to provide input into the planning and strategy of the technology and economics conference that the Economist has called “the best technology conference in the world.” Budinger has been a longtime friend of Future in Review through the Rodel Foundation‘s sponsorship of the conference’s internship program. His many years of experience in business, technology, education and bioscience make him a valuable addition to the board.

Budinger is Chairman and Founding Director of the Rodel Foundations, Chairman and Founding Director of Science Foundation Arizona, and a Board Member of The Morrison Institute, Basis Charter Schools, the Greater Phoenix Economic Council and Greater Phoenix Leadership. In addition, Don serves on the Southern Arizona Leadership Council and the O’Connor House Advisory Group.

“I’m honored to be a part of this extremely talented team tasked with ensuring that the FiRe conference retain its position as the top technical conference in the world,” said Budinger.

Future in Review is an annual gathering of world-class thought leaders in technology and economics. FiRe attendees convene each year with the goals of providing the best look forward in technology and economics, and in using technology to solve major world problems. These goals have been consistently achieved through FiRe’s collaboration across disparate industries and through active support by the FiRe community. Now in its tenth year, Future in Review 2012 will take place May 22-25 at the beautiful Montage Resort in Laguna Beach, California.

“Don has been an invaluable supporter of FiRe and its programs since we first began. His intelligence, drive and focus consistently result in improvements to FiRe, from local to global, and from the scientific to the technical. I am delighted that Don has agreed to deepen this much-valued relationship with FiRe,” said Mark Anderson, FiRe Chair and SNS CEO.
